Eco-challenge Week 2: Conserve & Protect Water

ConserveWater-100.jpg

Green Columbus & Columbus GreenSpot have teamed up to bring you #EarthDayAtHome!

There are many actions you can take to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day! All this month, we will be giving seed packets to 500 lucky people. These seed packets include some of the most trending native flowers like purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia hirta), partridge pea (Chamaecrista fasciculata) and butterfly milkweed (Asclepias tuberosa).

Winning is as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Become a GreenSpot member - if you aren’t already, here’s the website to sign up: (Link).

  2. Take a photo of yourself doing one of the commitments below.

  3. Post the photo in the comment section.

So, while we are limiting our physical social interactions, there are plenty of actions you can take to help out the Earth from home. Each week will have a different theme. This week is Conserving & Protecting Water. Throughout the week we will dive deeper into some of these commitments. Which one are you doing?
