EVENT DETAILS: April 27th, 2025 from 11 AM - 7 PM @ Scioto Audubon Metro Park
VENDOR DETAILS: We provide professional tents. We are asking vendors to provide their own 6-foot table and chairs. We will provide additional information about parking, load in/load out details, and table assignment in an email before the event.
Please Note: Earth Day is a zero-waste event and we will be properly disposing of all compostable material and recycling paper. Please avoid any single-use plastics, Styrofoam, etc. especially in product packaging.

If providing your own table and chairs is a problem, please let us know. Transparently, Green Columbus found out about a reimbursement/funding freeze after we started vendor recruitment, and we’ve unfortunately had to find ways to minimize costs of the celebration to ensure our volunteer worksite campaign can continue as planned.
