How do you celebrate Earth Day?

Even though this year we will not all join together to celebrate Earth Day in person, we can still celebrate Earth Day in so many ways! For instance, I am going to make a sign to hang outside my window to let every one in my neighborhood know that this date of appreciation is still one that I will celebrate.

I am also doing a lot of little things around my house, with our world in mind. Since I have been testing out basically everything I have promoted on this page, I have a list of things new to me that I’ve done for the Earth. This includes putting a water bottle in my toilet tank to reduce the flow of water, taking energy audits online to see how I can conserve energy, creating an indoor compost to reduce my food scraps among other things. Although it’s not an official party and I’m not able to see all of your wonderful faces in person, it is still a way that I can take time to appreciate our Earth and find ways to preserve it just a little bit longer.
